You will not have to pay fines if your items are returned late, but it helps everyone if books are renewed or returned on time. Did you know that we can email you to remind you that your books are due for return?

Please ensure that we have your email address to provide this free service.

Sign in with your library card number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to browse the catalogue, check and renew your loans, and place requests online.

If you don’t know your PIN, please take one form of identification (ID) into any North Lincolnshire library and ask staff to issue you with your PIN, or email library.enquiries@northlincs.gov.uk. The email address you use, must match the email address we hold for you. For data protection reasons, we are unable to tell you your PIN over the phone.

Click Print Go

Need to print some documents but don't have a printer at home?

Our Click Print Go service is available at Scunthorpe Central.

Simply send your documents to be printed to the relevant email address below. You will receive a reply email detailing your unique print release code. Use this at the Click Print Go kiosk to retrieve and pay for your prints, simple!

Customers will have 72 hours to collect and pay for their prints, before they are automatically deleted.

 

Click Print Go accepts card payments only.

Printing at other library sites

Customers can use our public access PCs at any library site to print out documents from a USB stick, email attachments or online forms.  Standard printing charges apply.

When you register with North Lincolnshire Libraries, we will not pass on your personal information to any third parties.

 

Your library membership entitles you to so much more than just physical books, so please make the most of our free online services.

 

We expect items borrowed to be returned to us in good condition. Any items which are returned damaged, may be liable for a replacement charge.

 

We ask that you return your books after 21 days or renew them.  Books which are not renewed and returned late may be subject to a late return fee/library fine.

 

Your library card will be usually be valid for 3 years, but please we aware that we do delete library accounts are a long period of inactivity.
